$2M flood damage repairs and refurbishment, undertaken with the netball centre shut for operations for only 3 months. Works complete in early 2024. The works included permanent timber sports floor over two netball courts, flood damage repairs and refurbishment of the interior of the full building. DMP project and construction managed the works without a head contractor, which saved the Netball North Harbour Inc a significant amount of money. DMP also led the settlement of the material damages insurance claim after the floods
